Uncle Lee’s opened its full-line discount store in 1975, with about thirty eight thousand square feet of hardware, automotive, housewares, garden center, toys, health & beauty aids, clothing, and of course sporting goods departments. The tremendous success of our sporting goods required an immediate expansion of the retail space as Uncle Lee’s and Wing Supply's reputation grew. Yet another expansion was required in 1996. Total retail and mail order space now stands at 130,000 square feet with over a 100 employees.
